Here’s a look at our menu for this week! I decided to add that Vanilla Berry loaf I had shared with local raspberries from Apple Hill Farm & Blueberries from Wild Berry Farm to the menu (limited number!). Sun-dried tomato & basil is back this week- the sauce I use is made with tomatoes from kearsarge gore farm, and basil & dill used is from Rockey Ole Farm. When we say local ingredients we mean it! We will be at the Concord Farmers Market Saturday 8/1 8:30-12, and my orders are open for pickup either there on Saturday, or at my cottage bakery on Sunday! Here’s our menu for Tomorrow 7/25 at the Concord Farmers Market! We’ve got some great flavors using local ingredients- tomatoes used to make the sauce and fresh basil is from Kearsarge Gore Farm, raspberries from Apple Hill Farm, and of course organic flour! The flavors this week are delicious, and we can’t wait to see you there! 8:30-12 on Capitol st!

I had some really nice fresh raspberries from Apple Hill Farm and wild blueberries from wildberryfarmnh, honey from Concord Bee Company and my homemade vanilla bean paste and decided I wanted to make myself a berry FILLED loaf. Well let me tell you- this loaf delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. Bright, fresh, tart, sweet- it checks all the boxes. This is something special. Yes it’s got organic flour, but what really makes it special is the fact that all these wonderful flavors came from right in our community, and more specifically Concord New Hampshire Farmers Market! This MAY become a flavor in the next couple weeks, but for now- I’m going to savor this one 😍🖤🧚🤘🏻🥖

Here is our menu for this Saturday’s Concord Farmers Market 8/18! Once again we’re using wild blueberries from wildberryfarmnh in our Blueberry 🫐 lemon loaves! Also using organic dill from Kearsarge Gore Farm in our cheddar dill pickle 🥒 loaf! Make sure you stop by early as we have been selling out (thank you concord! 🫶🏻)
