For those customers asking …….. Here is a list of plants Henry has for sale:

Tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, chives, parsley, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, and Marigolds.

Give Henry a call 518-586-2901 to make arrangements to get your plants.

Some of you have probably seen Henry bee-bopping around on his 4-wheeler in the area of Street Road. Well he has been very busy with his tilling and planting.

6 acres tilled, 150 pounds of potatoes planted, and 1 1/2 acres of sweet corn planted, all by himself. Tuesday, with the help of his two sisters, he will be laying tarp to keep the weeds down.

Those new knees must be energized! Go Henry!!

Again, thank you for your patience and understanding as we deal with the road construction in front of the farm stand.

Henry was hoping the road construction in front of his stand on Street Road would be done by now!

The plants are ready for sale!

However, there is a safety issue in front of the stand and he does not want anyone to get injured.

If anyone is ready for their plants, you can call Henry at 518-586-2901 and make arrangements to pick up plants at his greenhouse on 3 Woody Lane in Ticonderoga.

Very sorry for any convenience this is causing our customers. Henry isn’t happy about this either!!!!

Right now safety is the priority! Please don’t hesitate to call!

Thank you for your understanding and support!

Hopefully the road work will be done soon!!

Henry has gotten a head start on his planting. Those new knees aren’t stopping any time soon! 😂

10,000 tomato seeds, 10,000 red and sweet onions sowed, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, little fingers,

2,120 large sweet peppers, 5,700 peppers and Purple Wave Petunias. WOW Henry!

If you are a gardener, here is a list of some plants that are suited for the spring climate.

Tomatoes thrive in warm weather with plenty of sun.
Basil which is a fragrant herb.
Carrots are a root vegetable.
Lettuce is an excellent choice.
Peas need a sunny spot and good drainage.
Spinach should be planted in partial shade.
Radishes are a quick growing veggie.
Beets prefer cool temperatures.
Chives are a hardy perennial herb.
Broccoli & Cauliflower are both cool season veggies.
Summer or Winter squash want full sun.
Pumpkins require a longer growing season, so plant now.

April is the perfect time to kickstart your garden, providing the last frost has passed!

If you have any planting questions, Henry is here to help!

It’s been a challenging winter for many of us! This season resembles the kind of winters we used to have, unpredictable, cold temperatures, winds, & snow accumulations. Remember…..no winter lasts forever.

March 8th, Spring Forward, resetting the clocks & losing an hour sleep.

March 20th, Spring officially arrives. A time for renewal & fresh beginnings to lift our spirits over a very long winter. A time of plans & projects.

Henry has his plans and projects in place. Soil and Non GMO seeds are all ordered & awaiting arrival. He will be starting in the greenhouse April 1st planting tomatoes, cabbage, eggplant, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet peppers, and marigolds.

With two new knees, Henry is ready to get the 2026 planting season started. He has made great progress with both surgeries. There will be NO stopping him this season. It won’t be long Henry, April is just around the corner.
