From morning caffeine rushes, fresh-baked pastries and breakfast burritos to our bustling afternoon lunch service, The Shoppe Pastry & Coffeehouse has become the local go-to spot for great food and community vibes. To keep up with our amazing growth, we are looking for a passionate leader to help us run the show!
We are officially searching for a talented Cafe/Coffeehouse Manager who can help oversee all aspects of operations for our business—from the espresso machine, and our bakery to our thriving deli counter, packed with our popular lunch sandwiches and fresh salads.
🗓️ Start Date: We are looking to fill this position immediately, with a target start date on or before August 1st.
What We Are Offering:
💰 Starting Salary: $45,000/year (Dependent on experience & performance)

The Schedule & Role Expectations:
This role is dynamic and hands-on! You will be heavily involved in crafting the team schedule, which means you’ll have a major say in how the Shoppe runs. Because a manager leads by example, this position requires open flexibility to support the shop’s day-to-day needs as they evolve. This includes being available to cover floor shifts as needed, including weekends and Sundays during our peak times.

✔️ Experience managing fast-casual restaurant operations, deli service, or busy cafes
✔️ A reliable, adaptable professional who takes pride in quality control and community spirit
