A lot happens between flour and sourdough pretzel bites. Every batch is hand rolled, hand cut, long fermented, boiled, buttered, salted, baked, and buttered again before it ever makes it to you!

They're one of the most time-consuming items on our menu, but also one of the first to sell out every. single. time.

Just a little heads up - Our next menu drop will be June 9th for June 15th pickups. Summer is here and we’ll be taking a little time for family vacations and travel over the next couple weeks ☀️

BUT...Sourdough Brioche Cinnamon Rolls are officially making a comeback for the next drop!

So incredibly thankful for this past weekend at the Colorado Chocolate Festival!

We met so many wonderful people, gained new customers, and had such a great time sharing our sourdough with everyone who stopped by. So many amazing vendors and such a fun community to be part of!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported small businesses this weekend, and a huge thank you to for putting together such a wonderful event 🙏🏻

Okay...this one might be a new favorite 🤭 -> Chili oil, scallions, cheddar all swirled into my sourdough and WOW, the flavor is unreal.

Savory, a little heat, cheesy goodness in every bite. I tested this one twice and instantly knew it had to be shared with you all.
