Where has Bailey been?

Life has kept me busy, my sister got married, we had birthday parties, baby showers and lots of smiles with school starting up again and life but I've been baking for lots of different occasions filling tummies and hearts with wholesome from-scratch baked goods.

I'm still here, baking for the Middleton and Villages area, just taking limited orders to ensure I keep a good balance with my family.

My next availability is end of October, believe it or not!

Featured: my Luxury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cake — a rich chocolate chip cake layered with edible cookie dough and finished with smooth vanilla buttercream. I did cheat and topped this one with store bought baked cookies, but rest assured, if you order this cake it will all be from scratch!

This week, I had the honor of creating a truly special cake.

My husband’s grandma used to make him an orange cake growing up—it was always his favorite. When a customer reached out asking if I could recreate that same nostalgic cake, I couldn’t say no.

I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to bring it to life—made completely from scratch with fresh ingredients and no artificial colors or flavors.
