It is with a heart completely full of mixed emotions—immense gratitude, deep bittersweet sadness, and a lifetime of beautiful memories—that I am sharing some incredibly difficult news. Effective June 30th, 2026, Goodies By B will officially be closing its doors.
For the past four years, this bakery has been so much more than just a business to me. It has been a labor of pure love, an outpouring of my soul, and a vessel for the passion, joy, and absolute happiness that baking brings into my life. To be allowed into your homes, your milestones, your birthdays, and your holiday traditions has been a profound privilege. Every single custom treat was made with the intention of delivering a small piece of happiness directly to you. The love, warmth, and unwavering support you have returned to me over these last four years has been nothing short of a divine blessing.

This decision did not come easily, but I am choosing to trust in the beautiful seasons of life that God lays before us. As many of you know, an entrepreneur's heart is always dreaming of the next level and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. I had so many grand visions for where I wanted to take this business next. However, navigating the overwhelming administrative red tape and regulations required to move further into what I truly want out of this business has brought me to an unexpected crossroads. When paired with the immense physical demands of baking at that level, I have had to listen to my mind and body and accept that I am physically unable to take the bakery down that specific path.
I have prayed deeply over this, and I feel a profound sense of peace. Rather than compromise the quality, heart, and personal touch that defines Goodies By B, I am choosing to close this chapter on a high note, celebrating the beautiful community we built and placing the future entirely in His hands.

Please rest assured that all cakes already on the books after our closing date will still be fully honored! Each and every one of these orders will be made with the exact same dedication, care, and equal amount of love that has always been poured into my work. Your special days remain incredibly important to me.
Please know that while the ovens at Goodies By B are turning off for new orders, the entrepreneurial journey God has set me on is far from over!
The spark of creating and building something beautiful is still burning bright. My son and I have made the exciting decision to shift our gears, channel this creative energy, and dive headfirst into a wonderful little business venture designed just for him. I am so incredibly eager to walk alongside him, watch him grow, and support him in this next chapter. We cannot wait to share it with all of you. Please stay tuned for what is to come—we will need your incredible energy, prayers, and support more than ever!
