Here’s a little summary of how ordering works:

My bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery, and I also accommodate for all the other major allergens.

I had been doing weekly specials, but they hadn’t been getting me the sales volume I needed, so I am now experimenting with just baking some things and posting them and hoping they sell. I’m always up for suggestions as to what you’d like to see me bake.

I also have a menu saved in the pinned post on my page. There’s a bread menu too. And I take special requests as well.

This is what I do full-time, so you can order for pick up any day of the week. My normal hours are 7:30 AM till noon and 2:30 PM till 8 PM. Pick up is at 7304 Shadow Brooke.

I take PayPal, Venmo, and cash app.

To order something I’ve posted, something from the menu, or to make a special request just send me a message or text 903-276-2742.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I’d learned I was autistic earlier. If I’d been diagnosed at age 4 instead of age 34 and been given support for the things that I struggle with would things be different now? Would I have discovered my love for baking earlier? Would I have a full-fledged bakery by now? Would I have made more friends and possibly even be married?

So many ‘what ifs’. Those are just a few in a long list of things I wonder about. You probably have your own list too. Sometimes I wish I’d been diagnosed earlier; I feel like if I had known earlier I would now be ‘further along’ and not be catching up on lost time. I often had this train of thought in the early days after my diagnosis. But I have since come to realize that I don’t need to make up for lost time. None of it was lost. God has a purpose for my life and for yours. Our past experiences have made us into the people we are today and are equipping us for the future He has set out before us. You and I were made for a purpose. It may not make sense right now, but if we try to listen and to follow He will guide us in the way we should go.💙👨‍🍳

If you’re new to the page or just didn’t know it, running my gluten-free home bakery is my full-time thing. I don’t just do pop-up shops and markets. I take orders and bake things to have on hand all week. I’ve turned part of the house into a bakery with folding tables for extra counter space. It gets a little crazy in here when I’m getting ready for a farmers market.

And I have lots of people ask who does the baking. The answer is I do. It’s just me and the boss here, but the boss just keeps the floor, clean and alert, alerts me when I get a delivery at the front door.

All that is to say that I’m glad to bake for you anytime during the week. This is what I love to do and I’m so glad I discovered it. If you’d like me to bake anything for you, I’d love to do it. I didn’t really get any feedback when I asked yesterday so I’ll try again. Should I bake some things to have on hand this week or should I wait for orders? Last week y’all were busy with fall break. I don’t know what this week has in store for you and if you’d have the time to come by. I’d love some feedback.💙
