Home-made baked goods in central Maine. Specializing in bread, scones, French macarons, more!

With over 35 years' experience in baking, I proudly offer quality loaves in a wide variety of flavors, many of them unique. My baked goods are made in the old fashioned way, hand-crafted from scratch without any preservatives, dough stabilizers, or conditioners. My goal is to delight the palate by using King Arthur flour and other fine baking ingredients, and to leave you fully satisfied with your

purchase. My creations are made in small batches, allowing me to give a great deal of attention and care to everything I make. Unlike mass-produced factory-made food, home-baked goods are unique in shape and color, but consistent in quality.

Love scones but find them dry? Not in MY house! :) Moist and biscuity, my scones are sure to please. I have blueberry with lemon icing every week at market, a savory, and another sweet, as well as one gluten-free!

If you need a batch for a gathering, the cost is HALF of singular retail. A batch is 16 full sized scones, but it can also be made into 24 smaller scones or 32 mini! I can do this with any flavor, so be sure to visit my website for details.

Hello, dear friends and customers! LL&T will not be at market this weekend (August 15 and 16) - I'm on our anniversary vacation! 19 years so far and we're still in love. 🥰

I've done it again! 🤣 This week there are 5 separate lemon things! Lemon Dessert Bread, blueberry scones with lemon icing, lemon lavender scones, lemon brownies, and Scottish shortbread with lemon icing! It happens with lemon like this at least once a season. It's unintentional, but always amusing when I discover what I've done.

So if you're a fan of lemon, and many are, then I have you well covered at markets this weekend! 🥰

I have it in mind to do 2 or 3 bread sculptures every week for a while to offer for sale, special things like a weave or shape or animal (see the dragon below). Question is, should it be plain bread or a flavor? Let me know what you think! :)

What's red and white and purple and crunchy all over? This week's selection of French Macarons! A mixed box of chocolate shell with raspberry buttercream, almond shell (plain) with strawberry buttercream, and Better Than Oreos (chocolate shell with vanilla buttercream). There will also be a few boxes of almond shell with vanilla buttercream.

See me at the Cumberland farmer's market on Saturday, July 4 (remember - we're back at town hall!) from 10AM til 1PM, or Sunday the 5th at Lewiston, 75 Lincoln St, from 9:30AM to 1PM.
