For me this past weekend it was a mother and her son who said they pulled over just because they saw my sign at a Market in D.C. they grabbed a few things… left, and came back for more because they loved what they had.

Before the birth of my vegan cocoa coffee cupcake were my vegan lavender cupcakes. We’ll call it “the first born cupcake” 😂 Actually, they are called ‘Lovely Lavender Cupcakes’ Like, if my salted lavender cookie were to transform or “morph” into something else, this would be it.

Someone asked me what the icing is made of and it’s mostly cashews… yup. It’s such a delicious creamy, smooth soft bite that would put you into a lavender field trans.

Oooooo. Yummy yummy yummy. It settles well with me to know that I can treat myself to baked goods with little to no sugar, and ingredients I don’t have to question.

I’ve been working on, controlling my portions, and not eating just because the food is there. It’s a whole mind thing.

If the amount is difficult for you, at least aim to control the ‘WHAT’. Like these vegan and gluten free chocolate covered almond cookies. Incredible nutty with a hint of orange flavor. I always use semisweet chocolate. And this cookie makes me feel I’ve treated myself without the self loathing.

mmmm. One of my most favorite, creations yet. Okay, it's LIKE pecan pie, but lower on sugar. Brown Sugar, Date Paste instead of white sugar, and Honey instead of Corn Syrup.

Yup, just out here, having my "cake" and eating it too without the guilt. 😜
