BUT. I will be attempting homemade/natural ingredient marshmallows for Christmas season🥰🥰
That means never artificial food dye, no corn syrup, none of the fake stuff🥳🥳
This also means real beef gelatin for the marshmallows, so kosher friendly💙

I’ll post updates this week on how it goes!

I’ve finally been able to sit down this evening to make my pumpkin pie macarons 🙌🙌 🥧 🎃
These will be ready Sunday 🥰
Pumpkin spice cookie shells. With homemade pumpkin pie center circled with butter cream icing.

These are a specialty flavor that includes more than just a flavored icing so they will be 4macarons/$12

My sourdough, frodough breadins, has come out of his refrigerative state and should be ready by next week for all the different sourdough desserts and breads 🥰🥰

Fun part about cookies, they may all look different but I weigh the dough before cooking. So they’re all roughly 1/3lb cookie when iced and sandwiched together🥳🥳
