Whew… we done came a LONG way from the burnt sugar cookies and them flat-ass chocolate chip cookies 😂😂😂

I look at this setup now and can’t help but be grateful.

There was a time I was in that kitchen like, “Well… maybe baking just ain’t my ministry.” 😭 And now I’m out here with my own setup, my own flavors, repeat customers, people coming specifically looking for their favorites, and cookies selling out.

That’s growth.

Not overnight. Not without mistakes. Definitely not without a few cookies that deserved to go straight in the trash. 😂 But I kept learning, kept tweaking, kept showing up, and kept getting better.

So yeah… I’m proud of this picture.

Because I remember the beginning. I remember the fails. And I know how much work it took to get here.

Still learning. Still growing. Still baking.

But baby… we have COME A LONG WAY.

One of my favorite parts of doing these markets is getting to meet new people while also seeing so many returning customers come back to support Mimi’s Sweet Chaos. This community is truly amazing. 💜

And I have to give a huge shoutout to our host because this market has grown so much over the summer, and it has been so much fun being a part of that growth! I hope everyone who came out today had an amazing time.
