The idea for JulieMango was conceptualized in 2011, after Julie Carr, a native Virgin Islander, mastered the art of ma
ngo bread making, under the tutelage of a family friend. After some tweaking, the recipe has evolved into healthier versions. JulieMango is also currently working towards creating a vegan version of the signature – Mango Bread. JulieMango is a natural extension of Julie and Daniel’s love for fresh fruits, juicing, and a LONG family history of baking. Secret family recipes include: carrot, banana, and poppy seed cakes, Caribbean Black Cake, Fiber Filled Health Grain Bread and pastries. In addition, to its signature Mango Bread, JulieMango also creates specialty gift baskets for any occasion. Though the Mango Bread is our signature item, JulieMango will also be unveiling other products in the near future. Currently we are taking orders for the holiday season.
