My children growing up have Gf severe food allergies and I learned quickly that finding baked goods especially cakes were incredibly difficult to find high quality without garbage ingredients. With this our farm and bakery was born. I always have gone for a challenge and found that keto and gluten free products were for the most part tasteless cardboard. Years of experimenting have blessed me with

experience to make delicious KETO and Paleo products. We specialize in homemade from scratch southern style bakery that specializes in all different types of cookies, cakes and pies. The recipes were passed down to me from my grandmother and are guaranteed to melt in your mouth!!! I make homemade cookies, cakes muffins and pies just to name a few tailored to meet the needs of your event. I look forward to taking on some new cookies and pies over the holiday season. I am always looking to try new, unique, and challenging things, so if you want a special recipe I am your baker!! I use all fresh fruits and vegetables to make my homemade cookies, cookie cakes, icings, pies and all the finest ingredients. In addition to our wide variety of regular cookies, icing, and filling flavors, we are now offering seasonal flavors such as gingerbread, peppermint stick, and pumpkin. Fresh From The Farm!!! We cater to our customers specializing in fresh from the farm ingredients, organic when at all possible and absolutely no high fructose corn syrup. We offer gluten free options to our gluten sensitive customers as well as sugar free for diabetics. JK Bakery also offers farm fresh free roaming organic eggs listed below for further information. Our chickens eggs are specialized from our free roaming chickens including: Bantam, Buckeye, Easter Eggers, and Sliver Laced Wyandotte.

Our Story

We are a southern style bakery that specializes in all different types of cookies, cakes and pies. These recipes were passed down to me from my mother and grandmother and are guaranteed to melt in your mouth!!! I make homemade breads, scones, cookies, cakes and pies tailored to meet the needs of your event. I look forward to taking on some new bakery challenges like babka and some other yeast breads in the coming year. I am always looking to try new, unique, and challenging things, so if you want a special recipe I am your baker!! We are available to cater your event as well. Please call or message us and we will be happy to do a one on one discussion and tailor our food to make your event even better!! I use fresh fruits and vegetables as well as the finest ingredients to make my homemade from scratch cookies, breads, cakes, icings, pies etc the best they can be.

In addition to our wide variety of regular baked goods, we are now offering paleo and gluten free options as well. Due to my own children's food allergies, I experienced first hand how hard it is to find quality products from people you can trust. we have spent the past 2 years trying out recipes and have now available gluten free, sugar free and casein free options available to our customers. Fresh From The Farm!!!

JK Bakery also offers farm fresh free roaming organic eggs listed below for further information. We offer the option for customers wanting to buy eggs by the dozen. We use Duck eggs in most all our bakery products for the richest and best tasting product. Our pastured, organically raised chickens from our free roaming chickens including: Bantam, Buckeye, Amerauanas, red s*x link, white leghorns, black astrolops and Sliver Laced Wyandotte. We have pasture raised goats milk for sale as well as goats milk cheve made here at our farm. All egg and dairy products are sold for pet consumption only as state law requires. All raw milk, cheese or eggs must be sold under that label.
