✨🍫Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake! 🍓

My customer told me he wanted a Strawberry Cheesecake with Chocolate Covered Strawberries on top. Of course I said “Say Less.” It literally combines 2 of my favorite projects (chocolate dipped berries and cheesecake) in 1. But there was so many ways to tackle this cheesecake. Do i made a strawberry topped NY style cheesecake? Or make an actual strawberry infused cheesecake? Or maybe Strawberry Swirl?? Of course I went with MAXIMUM FLAVOR! A Strawberry Cheesecake topped with Strawberry Filling and Chocolste Covered Strawberries. Since they’ve ordered different desserts from me before, I knew white chocolate was their thing..so I made a white chocolate buttercream to secure the berries! I would’ve slapped someone’s mama for a piece!

Lately I’ve been trying to become overall a better baker. I’m known for making cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies etc but I make do make bread too.
My grandfather actually has the best bread recipe known to man in my opinion. But i really want to get better and more knowledgeable in bread baking as a whole. There’s a lot to it! Floor and heat proofing, fermentation, docking, shaping. It’s a whole vibe. And so far i love it!
I recently started baking breads for a local college bakery. Most of this work is done overnight. What does that mean? I’m now available 24 hours 😂 Lucky me!

Obviously this cake was sooo much fun to make! 🤩 Who doesn’t love a good SpongeBob reference?

The flavor was white chocolate cake and raspberry filling.
•
I proudly DIY’d the crap out of the cake topper. A lil cardstock and hot glue goes a long way! I will probably be making more of my own cake toppers for future cakes!
