I’ve been asked how I make pecan pie popovers. The answer is simple. Pecan pie filling in reverse - cooked on the stove, thickened, then packed into buttery, flaky piecrust before baking!

All in a review. 😊

60th birthday, gluten and dye free.

She reached out because she typically bakes for herself, but wanted something special to celebrate a milestone birthday. She also left creative freedom to me, only requesting an allergy accommodation and some pastels.

As always, customer safety is my first priority when baking anything. Everyone deserves a little something special, especially when it’s harder to come by.

Real ingredients, safety protocols in place, baked with love. 💕

Buttercream Sugar Cookies. 🌼

A’s offers decorated sugar cookies in waves.

Quite simply, because they are so incredibly time consuming, regardless of detail, and I can’t bring myself to charge for the true amount of hours they require.

I love this recipe so much and want to continue to producing them.
