I love sewing, knitting, smocking, and baking, but my real love is making bags! Each bag is created and shipped with my customers and their needs in mind. Exactly 19 years ago today, I married this sweet man, in a hospital room at the night before his heart surgery. It was a leap of faith for both of us. After seeing this first picture my dear son, who could not be there, said “now that’s love” ! First picture taken by who stood by our side that night and always. My epic pattern by . This has been my long term knit. I recently wore it in Chicago with temps in the 40’s as a coat! Sooo warm in which is an AMAZING yarn for cold temperatures. It is now stored for winter, but so happy I was able to wear it first. I did not add pockets because I did not want to distract from the lovely cables.
