Had a couple water pipes bust which took out my lighting wires… so this beauty was finished at 4am with nothing but a phone flashlight, a whole lot of faith, pure panic and some serious prayers 🙏😂
Not the ideal setup, but we made it work — and honestly, I think she still turned out pretty cute 💕👑

✨ One Year of Double G’s Sweets✨

One year ago today, I took a leap of faith and started Double G’s not knowing exactly where it would lead, just hoping it would work. Looking back now, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for how far this journey has taken me in such a short amount of time.

This past year has been full of firsts, lessons, growth, late nights, early mornings, and so much love and support. There were moments I doubted myself and moments I cried happy tears, but every step has been worth it.

To every single person who ordered, shared my posts, told a friend, believed in me or supported me in any way, thank you. Truly. From the bottom of my heart. None of this would be possible without you.

Here’s to another year of learning, growing, meeting new customers, and becoming a better baker than I was last year. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead. 🩷
