Easy chocolate mug cake!

You must try!!
It’s delicious and easy 😋

3 Tablespoons of almond flour
2 Tablespoons of cacao powder
2 Tablespoons of monk fruit, coconut sugar or any other type of sugar
1 large Egg
1 Tablespoon of unrefined virgin coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
One pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips (I used dark chocolate)

All you have to do is mix all the ingredients on a small bowl , you’ll get a slightly tick mixture and you pour it in a greased mug. Top it with the chocolate chips and microwave for one minute and ten seconds. Let cool and add any desired fruit and whipped cream.

Once you make your own, you will never eat store bought again!

BANANA MUFFINS RECIPE

Oven 400F

1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas Mashed
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips( or any kind of nuts that you like)

In a large bowl mix in the bananas, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Set aside.

In another bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt and cinnamon. Incorporate to the wet ingredients and last add the chocolate chips . Do not over mix or you end up with a dry and hard muffin.
Bake for 18-20 min depending on your oven
