Introducing Menace 🍫
________
Three layers of rich chocolate espresso cake filled with raspberry and dark chocolate ganache, finished with a glossy chocolate glaze.
Rich. Decadent. Dramatic.
________
One of my favorite things about reading is how often a story sparks an idea in the kitchen. 10,000 Hours With a Rich Menace completely captured my attention, and this cake became my love letter to a book I couldn’t stop thinking about.
________
Dark chocolate felt like the obvious choice rich, intense, a little mysterious, and layered in ways you don’t fully appreciate until you spend more time with it. Sound familiar? 🖤
________
Now tell me… are you picking up the book, the cake, or both? 😮‍💨📚🍰✨
