Hey y’all – I have had some health stuff up that has kept me from showing up to bring you shrub bitters. I wanted to give y’all a little update and let you know that I’m formulating a plan for how to get shrub bitters into your hands before the holidays. A lot of y’all have been my good customers for a very long time and I want to thank you for always showing up to buy my tasty product. I started this company in 2019 on a wing and a prayer and absolutely love what I do.
I’ve been taking a little break for my health and will likely have to do a good bit more of that and shift gears in how I make my main income to accommodate that.
My plan is to keep popping up here and there when I can and post here so you know where to find me.
I’ve been tending to some harsh chronic illnesses for a while and recently started having some new symptoms. I suddenly began having serious allergic reactions to everything at the end of August and ended up in the hospital for a few days. Recovery has been slow and scary. I’m still sleeping a lot and adjusting to stabilizing meds. I’ve got a great new specialist, and a plan coming together, and hope for the future. I’ll likely have to be super careful for the rest of my life, but the good news is that this MCAS allergy syndrome can be managed in time.

I’m still figuring out how to make it work to bring you shrub bitters this month but stay tuned and I’ll let you know what the plan is.
