Three Hundred Fifty is hiring!!

As we head into a busy fall season, we’re looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking people to join our team in Swampscott and at our seasonal Salem market location.

We currently have openings for:

Salem Market Team Members (in Salem)
Help operate our seasonal Salem pop-up by warming and serving cookies, assisting customers, processing transactions, and managing the display and inventory.

Bakery Counter Associates (at our bakery)
Help customers place and pick up orders, package baked goods, answer questions about our menu, keep the front of the bakery organized, and assist with making drinks.

Part-Time Bakers (at the bakery)
Work behind the scenes preparing and baking cookies, pastries, and other seasonal menu items while helping our bakery stay stocked and ready for busy days.

These positions may be a great fit for college students, parents, individuals excited about the Halloween & fall season, or anyone who enjoys working with food and being part of a fast-paced, welcoming team.
