We are still temporarily closed because we don't want to raise prices on y'all. With inflation where it's at on gas and ingredients for from-scratch quality food and desserts, we wouldn't break even after taxes, utilities, and labor; where we used to have profit to get by on for the same number of sales and generally same items. It really hurts my heart.

Due to economic hardship caused by current world events and inflation Homesteaders BBQ & Bakery will be closed for the next few weeks. Look out for our Grand Reopening in April. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving our community again soon.
All prepaid orders will of course be honored and fulfilled.

This weekend we have banana (pictured) and mixed nut (pecan and walnut) pie bars. We will be open Friday - Sunday noon till 6pm.

Fresh out of the smoker today we have Mexican El Pastor. This pork is marinated in garlic, pineapple juice and loads achiote ( a not spicy Chile paste). We’re serving this all weekend with rice and beans so come on down Friday-Sunday noon-6pm.

This weekend at Homesteaders we have 2 types of fudge made especially for Valentine’s Day. First we have a white chocolate lavender fudge. Also we have a chocolate fudge with pecans and hazelnuts. Get it soon we’re closed Monday.
