Smart Swap Sunday 💜 Almond Butter

One of the ingredient swaps you'll often find at Soulrise Bakery is almond butter instead of peanut butter.

While both can be part of a balanced diet, almond butter naturally contains more vitamin E, magnesium, and calcium. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, while magnesium is involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body, including muscle and nerve function.
