Shelia Laws and I def had to collab on this one! Customer wanted a striped bass for her son’s 26th birthday.

red velvet cake with cream cheese icing in the middle, white chocolate marshmallow fondant (this is literally the ONLY fondant I will eat).
The fins are raspberry white chocolate and the blue “water” tastes like a fruit roll up. Everything was home made except the eyeball🙌🏼

I’ve been slack at posting cakes I’ve been doing, but this one was fun to make for Vivian’s stranger things 13th bday party last weekend!
