A couple of years ago my cousin April asked me to help her make a Dora cake for her daugters birthday. We went to her Aunt Mary's house for some tutoring, since she had been making cakes out of her home for many man years. After thati decided to try my own baby shower cake with different t

echniques and new supplies. I fell in love with baking cakes. I continued making cakes for friends and family, while stocking up on new supplies each time, until i one day started selling them. I then tried cupcakes and cake pops.... and i stil look for new projects to expand my talent. People often ask how i watch people eat my cakes after hours and hours of work. But the true joy in baking, is seeing people's faces when i deliver the cake. And the next best thing is hearing them say how tasty the cake was. So i dont mind people eating my cakes...I LOVE IT! With my cakes you CAN "have your cake and eat it too!"
