Sweet & Sour dough

I have been at it again. Had a small simple wedding cake (6”-9” stacked) but forgot to take a picture until after it was boxed and ready to go. Typically I don’t deliver them stacked but since they wanted it the day before the event I made an exception. Dowels in the bottom to hold a mini plate up and one dowel right through the center from top to bottom to hold everything together. Oh and don’t forget the cookies and scones! Again no pic of cookies so I have here a previous pic of my delicious 5-C’s cookies! Crispy, Chewy, Chocolate Chip Cookies!
