For my Gluten Free fans, chocolate chip zucchini bread! I have three small loaves and one large for Tuesdays market this week!!

Any plans to grill out for Labor Day?

I will be at the Medford Farmers Market of Wisconsin on Saturday 9/2. If you are looking for some burger buns let me know!

White - $6 for 6 - 3 oz buns
Garlic - $7 for 6 - 3 oz buns

These buns are made with the same dough that I make my bread out of each Tuesday and Saturday. I will ensure that I have buns for special orders made first and will make some additional should time allow ;)

I have 16 cupcakes that are extra. 5 chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, 3 poppy seed cake with Swiss meringue buttercream swirled with lemon, and the rest are a vanilla cake with a dollop of raspberry with Swiss meringue buttercream.

This would go for $28 at the market. I’m offering all 16 for the sale price of $20. I’m going through Medford between 1:30-2 and can meet up if needed.

A short night leads to an early morning. Who is up with me this morning and what are you working on today?

I’ll be at the Medford Farmers Market of Wisconsin for customer appreciation day with samples of bagels and pan Sobao bread with honey butter (from my aunt). Can’t wait to see everyone in a few hours!

Next up for naughty cakes. No cake here! A chocolate chip cookie layer with an Oreo in the middle, and a brownie topping. Topped with a chocolate chip buttercream. 

These are a little more difficult to get out of the wrapper but oh so worth it.

These are the peanut butter cup cupcakes. A decadent chocolate cake filled with a peanut butter filling, peanut butter frosting, topped with a Reese’s peanut butter cup and a dark chocolate drizzle.

Here is a throw back that Facebook shared with me!

This cake was done for my older boys 2nd and 4th birthday party. I took the round cake and divided it half, the tunnels were made of crispy treats along with the supports. The mini islands are cakes and the boat is mostly rice crispy treats. I even found engines with a 2 and 4 on them!

This should be an easy one for those who know me - for a chance at a $5 GC, how many years ago was this cake made??

Hey Everyone! tomorrow is the Tuesday market on Whelen Ave here in Medford!
Today I was hard at work with Bagels (Plain, Everything, and Apple/Cinnamon). I also have Sweet Bread - Pineapple and Dutch Apple!

Tomorrow I will be working on my Pan Sobao Breads! Can't Wait to see you there.

As a reminder - I will not be at the market on the 19th. I will be out of town for the day.
