To our customers friends and family....We have been making some changes and decisions over the last few weeks. We have decided to close our store front at our previous location and move our bakery and catering services to a new location. I have updated the phone number and our address. We have chosen to move to a co op kitchen where we can still produce great cakes, deserts, and corporate and event catering. Our main goal in our move is to be able to bring down cost and provide a great product. In our new location we have access to new and better kinds of equipment. We still maintain our nut free status. It is important to my husband and I that we take great care of the people who work for us and create these amazing works of art. We look forward to continue to build relationships in our community and working with all of you who have been supporting us along our way.

We are very excited to be attending and competing in the chocolates galore and more event presented in benefit to the YMCA. We hope that you all will come out and and support us and the YMCA it should be a fun night of wine and great food. It is February 19th at 7:00pm at the Lansdowne Resort.

To all our gluten free customers....we are happy to announce that most of our holiday offerings can be made gluten free. Because we think everyone should get pie and a sweet treat at the holidays. LaFay is preparing for the holidays!!! We are baking up fresh made to order danish kringles. If you have never had one you don't know what you have been missing. It is a filled flaky pastry. We are offering brown sugar, apple, cranberry, cheese, blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry. We ship them as well. It is great with a cup of coffee or tea. $18.00 for pick up in our store front and $26.00 for 2 day shipping any where in the USA.
