Chef Kendall Mitchell (Personal Chef/ Caterer), provides catering and customized menu services for Small-Events (15 people or less – plated, 50 people or less – buffet). Overall approach to food allows for coordinated efforts between chef and client to develop custom menus for any occasion. Menu development includes nutritional analysis of recipes, budget considerations, as well as food allergies

and intolerances. Offering a complete food experience for special events – Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations and Promotions… even Food Discovery and Demonstrations.

* Weekly Personal Chef Services - Willing to work with clients' and Physicians and/ or Dietitians where needed.

Blue Crab and Smoked Whitefish cake - NO FILLERS! Served with a warm vegetable salad of Roasted Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Fennel, Cabbage, Apples and Red Onion in a sweet-tart Fall inspired vinaigrette.

Chef K is at it again!! Try out his latest recipe on WXYZ Channel 7. It's a tasty fall inspired take on the classic 'Panzanella'. This Italian bread salad has never been so delicious.

Make it your own... here Chef K used Granny Smith, Gala and Golden Delicious apples and the greens were baby Kale, young Swiss Chard and baby Arugula.
