Good morning! I will not be at the Purple Tractor Farmers Market this Saturday. I’m having some dental work done later this week and I know I won’t feel up to baking for a couple days after. I encourage you to still go and check out the other vendors, there are so many great ones! I will resume taking orders sometime next week, and will post when I’m ready to take orders. I will be at the market in March!

Happy Sunday everyone!

I have my greenhouse up and have finally got some seeds started. I will be doing a lot of different ones so stay tuned! I will be selling at the Farmers Markets and during open orders.

Organic Jalapenos
Organic San Marzano tomatoes
Hybrid Beef Steak Tomatoes
Organic habaneros

Ones to comes:
Ghost Peppers
Carolina Reapers

Marigolds
Cilantro
Other tomato varieties (included a rare one with low acidity and great to use if you have GERD/Reflux)

Thank you to everyone that came out! I appreciate everyone so much, whether you got something, stopped to chat, or had questions, thank you for your support. I sold most of everything but have a few things left. I won’t be opening the stand today, it’s so cold and the wind is so bad it keeps slamming the doors to my stand shut.

If you want any items left, let me know!

(All are sourdough based)
-1 sourdough loaf $10
-1 brownie mix (without pecans) $7
-2 Buttermilk pancake mix $7
-1 triple berry granola $8
-1 tropical granola $8
-3 Pizza dough $8 (makes a 12 inch pizza) (can be frozen for later use) (must be refrigerated)

Don’t forgot I will be at the Purple Tractor Farmers Market in Stephenville tomorrow. I’m prepping and will start baking tonight!

Here is a glimpse of my Tropical Sourdough granola and Triple Berry Sourdough granola.

Tropical: Made with dried pineapples, shredded coconut, almonds, flax seeds and more goodies and sweetened with honey.

Triple Berry: Made with dried strawberries, dried blueberries, dried cranberries, ,almonds, flax seeds and more, sweetened with honey.

Both are amazing as a snack or even on Greek yogurt!

Product spotlit!

I have people that are always asking and curious about my sourdough dry mixes I sale.

This one is my cheddar bay sourdough biscuit dry mix.
It’s super easy to make and once you mix the batter, you scoop 8 mounds on a parchment lined sheet. They don’t have to be even or pretty but they are most definitely delish!

Our favorite way to eat them is with chili or stew, or for breakfast sandwiches. I got an idea last night to add jalapenos with mine next time.

I have one sourdough loaf left, I’m closing my stand soon and will bring it in, if you end up wanting it when I brought it in, I can take back out or meet you outside. If you don’t want to come all the way out here, I can meet at Hard 8 BBQ.
