Focaccia is a sourdough bread, baked extremely hot and fast to achieve its signature crispy, olive oil fried crust. This rapid baking quickly kills off the fermentation taste.

🍴The best way to enjoy Focaccia Bread:
Dipped in seasoned olive oils
Caprese; Layer with fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Topped with basil pesto, and prosciutto.
A family favorite; Personal Pizza

♨️ How to refresh Focaccia Bread:
Warm it slightly in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes to crisp the crust.
