If yall don’t know who miss Renee is lemme tell yall bout her. She been with us for bout 7 months now. She got a raunchy mouth on her but we keep her round cuz SHE CAN BAKE. 😂 jk you know I love you miss Renee! She bangs out the most PERFECT pound cakes at the bakery 🫪 and she be scrolling watching our social media like a hawk 🦅 so yall hype our girl up!!

$90 for three little pound cakes…for my 6-year-old. 😅

Yep. Three little keto pound cakes. Total: $90.

And before anyone asks…yes, I’d absolutely buy them again.

Some of y’all tagged me in videos from Power of the Almond in Mississippi because you thought of Myles, and I am so glad you did. We ordered the lemon blueberry, lemon, and cinnamon roll flavors, and they were every bit as good as we hoped.

Now, do I think $90 is expensive?

Absolutely.

I also recognize that it’s a privilege to be able to spend that on these little cakes. But if you’ve followed our journey for long, you know I’m pretty used to the things I buy for Myles costing way more than the “normal” version.

For me, it’s not really about buying expensive cake.

It’s about giving my little boy something he genuinely loves that is also easy on his blood sugar. It’s about protecting the tight control that keeps him healthiest while still letting him enjoy what he’s eating.

And that’s worth a whole lot to me.

The best part? We can slice each loaf, wrap the individual pieces, and freeze them. So this isn’t $90 worth of cake that’s disappearing this week. It’s a freezer stash of treats that we can pull out one slice at a time for birthdays, celebrations, or just because.

So yes… $90 for three little pound cakes.

And yes…I am already looking at the new August flavors as these just arrived. 😂
