Some scenes from the shop this morning 🌧️🌿🌾🌽

we got the most beautiful bounty of organically grown sweet corn from a sweet friend / customer of ours (and you guys know the drill) we had to make the most of it.

Naturally leavened sourdough focaccia topped with sweet roasted corn, crumbled cotija cheese, and finished with a sprinkle of Tajín seasoning.

We also have fresh baked biscotti (perfect for dipping into a hot coffee on this rainy day)

And fresh out sourdough chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls in the shop (while they last)

Garden tomato and basil focaccia in the shop tomorrow (Thursday 8/6) Fresh tomatoes from Sower’s Harvest and Basil from Little Sprout’s Farm 🌿🍅 a slab of this with some balsamic and olive oil would be divine! We’re open Thursday- Monday 7-2 🫶🏽

We landed on Apricot Broiche bun for Sunday morning 🌾🌾 tender, slightly sweet dough filled with in season apricot and local honey filling. Topped with custard made with Toad Hill Farm eggs and baked to perfection. Happy Sunday! We’re open 7-2

When we made the decision to open up our shop here, of course we didn’t feel ready, but we were excited to curate a space where people can come and know they’re supporting local farmers and makers. This week new in the shop we have pastured bacon from Feathered Acres Learning Farm & Inn

Roscoe has always inspired me to make the most of the overlooked resources all around, whether that’s grain or in season fruit that is so common it goes to waste. This week a friend of ours brought in Apricots from a tree of hers that just started producing (what a gift!). And we’re excited to create something special! Any ideas?

Also, we have cinnamon rolls and sourdough chocolate cookies rolling out of the oven. First come first serve, as everything is fresh fresh fresh.

Pictured is cold brew with honey cream and we still have our rhubarb strawberry matcha going strong to celebrate the fleeting summer.

Woo!

We’re doin something we’ve never done before at the shop… and we’re calling it Matcha Monday!

$5 for our most popular drink of the summer. Our house made strawberry rhubarb syrup is the foundation paired with matcha (green tea powder) and topped with our delicious honey cream (pourable whip cream made with Stony Creek Dairy and local honey) you guys it’s so good. Maybe those of you who’ve had it can attest. You won’t find this drink anywhere else 🤠

Welcome to Full Circle Farm-to-Table! We’re a farm to table bakery and bake with our farm grown flour. Our hours are Thursday- Monday 7-2.

Today our shelves are loaded with sourdough loaves and focaccia (Kalamata olive and garlic) and we have sourdough cinnamon rolls, sourdough chocolate chip cookies, and rhubarb scones rolling out of our farm flour pastry case.

Our drinks are made intentionally with homemade syrups and flavors are always inspired by the seasons! We still have our strawberry rhubarb matcha and lavender fields latte as well as an expanding drink menu.

Sourdough pizza crust and sourdough pancake mix is restocked in the cooler. We’ll be restocking more flour on Monday 🫶🏽 see ya soon!
