Skeptical about duck eggs? Don’t worry, most people are!! But they taste just as good as chicken eggs! Here’s a comparison so you know the difference.

Duck eggs have a bigger yolk which means more fat, protein & nutrients.
The shells are thicker (a little harder to crack, but not impossible)
Mature duck eggs have a more rich and strong egg flavor.

Honestly, I don’t think there’s much difference between duck and chicken eggs. We say they taste the same, but we’re big egg fans so the bigger yolk is a plus for us!!! Wanna try some?? Just ask! I can always throw a couple duck eggs in for ya!

I’m always open to trying new flavors not listed, these are the most common flavors I offer. All morning treats are made with sourdough, unless you would prefer not. Excited to hear from you ♥️

If you prefer individual items, I have weekly restocks at Blondie Brews and Thirsty Bird Co. in Stanton. I have a request box in Thirsty Bird if you would like to reach out there, too!

I hope everyone had a blessed and relaxing Christmas break, we are back in the groove with school and baking! Hope you all have a prosperous 2026!!

Baked goods will be available at Blondie Brews & Thirsty Bird (drop offs are Mondays around 9:30/10), AND I will be offering up more menu items for purchase & delivery on Thursdays! Keep an eye out every Monday for a post to order♥️
