Terms and conditions.
1. 50% Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable
Retainer fee of entire order is required to secure date on orders. It is understood that your retainer holds that date & NO OTHER DATE!
2. ALL final balances are due the day before pick up/delivery date. No reminders will be sent out & it is to your knowledge & mine that if the balance isn’t paid then the order will NOT be fulfilled.
3. ALL last-minute orders placed within 7 business days of Delivery date are required to PAY IN FULL at the time of booking no matter the amount & are subject to a RUSH CHARGE FEE of an added 20% of total balance due. (This is due to shipping and last minute supply/packaging cost)
4. There is a strict NO REFUND POLICY (unless I agree the fault is mine).
5. It is understood that if you give me creative freedom & you are NOT satisfied with the end result......NO REFUND will be given.
6. Once the order has left the premises or baker has delivered the treats to the venue, baker is NOT responsible for ANY issues that occur(to include temp changes inside/outside).
7. If we have agreed to meet with your order, you must let me know ahead of time if you’re going to be running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes you will be required to pay $10 late fee. Any orders that are not picked up within 30 minutes will be taken back to my home where you can pick up with a $20 late fee.
8. Because my skills constantly grow, Quotes are valid for 24 Hours.
9. Invoices are valid for 24 hours. All unpaid invoices will be canceled, & a new price quote will be sent, unless previously discussed and placed in writing.
10. Once the deposit is PAID, It confirms I READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE. ALLERGEN WARNING: Items made and prepared may come in contact with these ingredients: Milk, Dairy, Eggs, Soybean, Wheat, Gluten, Tree Nuts, Peanuts.- Those with these Allergens will order at their OWN RISK and Home Baked is NOT liable for any health related issues in the consumption of purchased products by either you or any of your guests associated with any products purchased with Home Baked.
