We're die hard Duke's Mayo fans, but when we're looking to shake up the sandwich routine, we turn to Pesto for a killer sandwich spread. Bright, fresh flavor, better hold-up in heat, and works great with grilled meats. Try it on ciabatta with salami, turkey or leftovers.

Wrapping your sandwiches in butcher, wax, or parchment paper keeps them fresh, unsquished, and easy to eat.

Place your sandwich in the center of the paper. Fold both ends up so they are touching each other in the center, crease them over, then tuck the ends under the sandwich to keep things tidy and tight. Optionally tape it off.
