is much more than counting carbs, figuring out macros, and eating bacon all day.
Don't get me wrong, I am a but there's so much more to it than
Ingredients matter, especially if you have an inflammatory chronic illness. I have been diagnosed with two. Sometimes, ingredients that used to be fine for me are no longer fine and flare me up.

Case in point: the left photo is of me, not in a flare. The right? Today, twenty minutes after eating something that flared me...that two months ago did not.

In order to be allowed to legally sell to the general public, there are some steps that I have to take. One of which is to take the Serv Safe management course and then get certified.
I've not baked too much this week as I'm working on that. I'll be ready to test as early as next week and am shooting for the licensing to sell by mid-February.
In addition to the course, I will also be taking courses related to COVID-19 food handling. They're not required, but I want to give everyone additional peace of mind.
I can't wait to get every step done! I'll be updating the blog some tomorrow ☺️

Yum! I was in the kitchen all day today, and two collections are complete!

My sister's favorite is the Masqued Shortbreads collection, with chocolate orange, blueberry cinnamon, blackberry ginger, lemon raspberry, key lime, and mixed berry cookies.

My husband's favorites can be found in Raven's Delights. So far, this collection contains gingerbread, strawberry gingerbread, and coconut caramel chocolate cookies.

I can't wait to be able to offer all of my baked goods to everyone, but for now, I am only offering services.
