We specialize in hand-crafted artisan breads made fresh from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. In addition to crusty, European-style breads, we make soft-crusted sandwich breads, specialty breads and a wide range of sweets. Our recipes and baking practices are the same as those of French bakers, which date back centuries. At Breadsmith, we give you more than just great bread, we give you an experience. All of our breads are made in the time honored tradition of master bakers.

This is a customer service and bakery position. You will also help make Breadsmith products to sell. The environment is teamwork oriented and safe.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serving our customers in the Breadsmith bakery and on the phone, cleaning and organizing, learning about all of the Breadsmith products and services, assist in the Breadsmith baking process as necessary.
Qualifications: Dependable, reliable, trustworthy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, perform as part of a team, courteous and professional, quality oriented, fast paced, efficient and safe.

Salt + Smoke only offers straws and water on request, lowering their single-use plastic use and reducing water waste. Old liquor bottles are repurposed into containers for their house-made BBQ sauces. They also repurpose food whenever possible, using the burnt ends for their toasted ravioli, pork scraps for their pit beans, and trashed ribs for their late-night menu.
