We’re opening this entire week!

Had some hiccups with permits and stuff. Plumbing, hood and electrical inspections will be done this week. Now, next hurdle will be fire suppression system wet test/inspection and permit. So, hopefully, if everything goes smoothly, end of the month will the projected date! Maybe, even sooner!
