I did a thing….I made my grand daughters smash and birthday cakes for her 1st birthday party today….This was my first number cake and man did I learn a few things, but I can’t wait to do another one, it turned out great and everyone loved it….The cake flavor was Oreo!

Good Morning To All My Crumb Eaters (lol)…I just wanted to say a very big “Thank You” to all who came to the Farmers' Market On Broadway and supported us yesterday….We had our best day ever because of you guys. Today’s Spotlight Dessert is: Amaretto Cake….This cake was requested by someone who I now consider family, I had never heard of it before then, but it has been a great addition to my lineup of “Loaf Pan Cakes.” If you love Amaretto then this cake was created for you, the cake is tender with Amaretto in the batter, then I add a Amaretto simple syrup on top of cake (this is the only cake that gets a simple syrup in my rotation), then I top with my delicious buttercream…..Wanna find out what the hype is about?
