So we are getting messages everyday about what's new and going on. I started looking for investors to go into our next restaurant. I have three new investors. We offered stock in the corporation with a ROI between 12% and 30% per year on the investment. The business plan is complete and I'm moving forward with the new location. I moved our equipment to storage. I am in need of four more investors. SBA LOAN is in the works to expand the new location for the bottling and storage. The goal was to put products in 500 stores I have over 2,000 now wanting products the first of the year. The used steam kettle will be reworked and installed at the new restaurant. I want to Thank everyone that helped over the last 11 years.

Just received the following. I wanted to let everyone know we are working as fast as we can to get things removed but technically we have a lease until Oct. Be patient!

Hi, I'm a neighbor on S 8th St. Hate y'all closed/reelocated, but could y'all please remove all of the stuff on the sidewalks along your former building. (Picnic Tables, Patio table and chairs, BBQ Grill/smoker, special parking signs, grease container, and any banners on the exterior of the building wall (which is only allowed for a few weeks per the City's historic code). If y'all don't remove them, these things will just hang around until the next time the building is leased. This will greatly help with safety, handicapped accessibility, and the ascetics of Soulard. Thanks very much.
