Our new Granola & Yogurt bowl starts with locally made yogurt derived from Rolling Lawns Farm milk, then we add a generous sprinkle of house made granola, then we finish it off with a big scoop of Eckert's Country Store & Farms apple compote. It’s tangy and sweet and exactly what you need on a fine Friday morning.

When we assumed ownership at the tail end of 2021 (time flies 😳), re-launching our roasting program was one of our top priorities.

Our in-house roaster was out of commission and we are new to roasting (but love learning), so we turned to our friends at First Crack. As an incubator of sorts, First Crack Coffee not only rents their meticulous equipment by the hour, but offers ongoing training.

Their collaborative approach made returning to roasting a much less daunting task on our growing to-do list and The Gelateria Coffee Company is proud to once again offer its own small batch beans!

Try our house roast today! It's a balanced cup featuring chocolate and cherry notes.
