✨🫐 Blueberry swirl sourdough in the works tonight 🫐✨

One of my specialty loaves heading into its cold proof before tomorrow’s bake. Handmade sourdough with wild blueberry preserves folded throughout for those sweet jammy pockets and a crisp golden crust.

Every loaf is made in small batches from scratch in my home kitchen with lots of patience (and a little chaos 😅) lol.
