Hello Everyone! It's been awhile! Easter is just around the corner ....I know I will be making sugar cookies for sure but thought I would throw out some other options! Had a blast making these cakes for wedding tasting. I was trying different techniques for bride to choose what she was wanting for her Halloween Wedding. These are small 4" cake's so decorating was a bit difficult. I baked red velvet cake for the first time. Felt good to get back to some baking as I recently went back to work at a chocolate factory. I still plan on baking so if you need anything let me know!!
