I thought this loaf was going to be a flop. Everything that could go wrong I feel like did. It ripped so I refolded it thinking that it would probably be dense and not rise again. But it did. And I am in love with this beautifully imperfect swirl! French toast for dinner tonight!

Who am I? Great question!
My name is Kaitlynn. I am a wife, mother, sister, and daughter. I am currently in my second year as a public school teacher!

When did I start baking?
That's a tough one. Somewhere between middle and high school I started experimenting in the kitchen. I'm not new to baking, just to selling!

Why am I selling now if I haven't before?
There are multiple answers for this! 1. I am on a journey to provide my family with better/healthier food. I want to extend that opportunity to others! 2. I love it! It's a great stress reliever and just makes me happy! 3. I'm not going to complain about making a little extra dough (see what I did there 😉)
