🎉 We’re excited to announce a new retail partner - The Crocker Store in Orlinda, Tennessee! ☕🥧

Recently restored, this beautiful 1869 building once served as a general mercantile store. Owners Dan and Debbie Green have worked tirelessly to bring this piece of history back to life, preserving its character while creating a welcoming place for the community to gather.

Now, you can stop in for a great cup of coffee and one of our delicious fried pies, all while enjoying a little slice of Tennessee history. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by Miss Debbie herself!

We love seeing things that were once forgotten find new life again. Whether it’s a historic building or a generations-old family recipe, there’s something special about preserving the past and sharing it with the next generation.

Traditions are living on, and we’re honored to be a small part of the story. ❤️

It’s June - National Lemon Month! 🍋 And with Father’s Day right around the corner, we couldn’t think of a better Pie of the Month than our delicious Lemon Fried Pie!

In honor of my dad and his love for lemon pie, this fried version is scratch-made with real lemons and filled with our special lemon curd that’s truly one of a kind. Wrapped in our flaky pie dough and topped with a sweet sugar glaze, every bite is bursting with bright, sweet, smooth lemon flavor.

As summertime kicks off, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a glass of sweet tea on the porch with one of our fried pies in hand.

💥 This week we’ve got tons going on! We’re delivering to our retail partners, prepping for Springfield’s First Friday, and we’ll be at The Homestead Festival in Columbia, Tennessee. That’s a whole lot of pies!

Family, community, connection. In a world moving faster every day, our job is to make sure the simple things taste sweet & don’t disappear. To keep a legacy alive. To make sure future generations know what a homemade fried pie tastes like, what it feels like to gather in the kitchen together, share a meal together and why recipes like these matter.

Fried pies have always meant more than flour, filling, and glaze to us. They mean family. They mean standing shoulder to shoulder in the kitchen learning recipes passed down through generations and pulling each other’s leg every now and then. They mean memories of the hands that taught us how to roll dough just right, pinch the edges tight, and fry them until golden brown.

Some of those people are no longer with us like grandma, but every pie we make carries a piece of her forward. New stories mixed with old. Old traditions to keep us grounded. Her love to guide us.

Every pie we fry is a little piece of home, a little piece of history, and a whole lot of heart. 🤍

And these strawberry fried pies? Whew. She’s a seasonal queen! If you’ve been thinking about grabbing one, consider this your sign because strawberry season is almost over and when these babies disappear, they are GONE gone.
