I also have chocolate sourdough, whole wheat sourdough, and apple cider cinnamon sourdough available to order as well!

A lovely wedding cake went out for today - it was a lemon cake with lemon curd and raspberry compote, raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. And I totally forgot to get a picture of the three quarter sheet cakes - chocolate, vanilla with lemon curd, and salted caramel.

Wedding order going out tomorrow! One tiered cake that is lemon cake with lemon curd and raspberry compote and swiss meringue buttercream, and then three sheet cakes of chocolate, salted caramel, and vanilla with lemon curd.

Orange cranberry sourdough experiment is a success! I need to add more cranberries but this bread is fantastic! It has such an intense orange flavor and the zesty pop of cranberries makes this so fresh and delicious!

I had the thought that a cranberry orange sourdough would be wonderful for the holidays. I have a prototype proofing now. This was made with fresh squeezed orange juice and orange peel and then I will add dried cranberries. I'm excited to see how this turns out.
