Notes on our final week:
•There will be no preorders. It’s walk up only!
•We will be open our normal hours this week. This is our last week.
•I will not have sandwiches this week
•Yes, I’ll be selling sourdough starter. It’s $5
•I’ll be sharing recipes in an email newsletter this spring. A lot of you have asked for recipes. They will go out into the world in some capacity soon but I’m not sure how yet.
•Hats and totes will be on sale this week!
•We will be selling Janie’s Mill Flour by 5lbs. We’ll have whole wheat red fife, spelt flour, and einkorn flour. These will be $7 for each. This is great quality flour!
•We are selling our Nero 400, 3 deck, brick oven, 4 flour bins, our 60 qt spiral mixer, bread pans and bannetons. If anyone knows of a buyer, please forward them my information. I would love for them to go to a good home. They can be separated or sold together. Doesn’t matter to me!

- Wednesday: Herbal
- Thursday: No specialty loaf
- Hats $19
- Totes $6
If the following have not sold out on Tuesday they’ll available the following days. If I’ve sold out on Tuesday, I won’t be making more.

I’m back from Europe! If the trip could be captured in 10 or so photos, this would be it. We went into every grocery store we could find. We stopped by every wine bar that spoke to us. We ate a lot of bread, like… crumbs will need to be cleaned out of my coat pockets from how many baguette sandwiches I saved for later in there. 🤣

Anyway! Point is, inspired by everything we saw and THE MENU IS UP FOR THIS WEEK! Time to preorder! You have until the night before to preorder bread (unless it sells out earlier) and walk ups are welcome but not guaranteed!

Happiest holidays! We’ve got cookie boxes on the menu, breads, soups, granola and chai (and a few other things). The holidays are in full swing at the bakery and we’ll be selling goodies until we’re sold out!
