Last night I had the pleasure of hosting a virtual client appreciation event with renowned baker, Sweet Samantha. Together, we all baked a chocolate cookie dough tart! It was really fun and super delicious. Everyone did great!

Samantha Kestin graduated from Millburn High School. She is a former professional cake decorator and owner of the renowned baking school Sweet Samantha, in Springfield, NJ.
Samantha’s cakes have been featured in national magazines over the years. She is also a two-time Food Network competitor and runner up on Cake Wars!

Yesterday was another successful delivery of baked goods to St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson. We think we were close to delivering 1,000 individual portions of homemade, baked with love, items of all kinds. The nurses said they were still taking about the delivery from two weeks ago. They continue to be very appreciative. We will be picking up from Westfield on Friday night at 5:00, Springfield on Saturday morning and taking drop offs from 11-2:00 on Saturday at Imagine That!!! A New Jersey Children's Museum. Thank you to all our bakers. Nancy Smith, Julie Kosiak, Dara Rosen Beckerman, Marisa Juhasz Smith, Lee Sayre, Emma Jackler, Sharon Heitner Bryan, Rachel Brach Noonan, Hilary Miller Hefner, Beth Waltzer Derman, Amy Lebwohl, Jennifer Cohen Wallis(daughter Amanda), Shelby Taylor, Sheila Sayah and of course Sweet Samantha!

Thank you to our amazing bakers, on Wednesday Cheryl delivered your delicious creations to Overlook Hospital. Sweet Samantha and many others continue to create the best treats! Here are some pics.

(Drop off your baked goods with notes to front lines and labeled ingredients if you can, individual wrapped is preferred but not mandatory, mark gluten free, but free if applicable. Call 973-966-8000 when you are in front of Imagine That at 4 Vreeland Rd, and we can grab the goods curbside!)

It has been well received by the adminstrators, they really appreciate the community feeding the front lines.
