Another week in the books at Cannon's Dough Lab!

The banana bread sourdough was a huge hit last week. Thank you to everyone who grabbed one. I've got more bananas getting ready, but I'm going to hold off for a bit and bring it back as a special limited release in the coming weeks.

Keeping it simple this week:

Porch pickup in Springdale or delivery to Walmart Home Office.

Orders will stay open through Thursday night. After that, I'll be baking for the weekend and won't be able to take last-minute specialty requests.

Once the 10 banana loaves are claimed, they’re gone for the week.

The Dough Lab will be back rolling on 5/31. I appreciate everyone's patience as the bakery has had some work done to it. Expected to have original, jalapeno cheddar, and banana bread. Be on the lookout for the order form to be posted on 5/25.

Running it back again this week with a few staples and a new experiment:

- Dough Lab Experiment: Cinnamon Apple Sourdough (limited batch) - $7
- New York Style Pizza Dough (now a permanent item)
- 2 dough balls (makes 2 12–14” pizzas) – $7
- Add-on: Sauce + fresh shredded cheese blend – +$3
Pizza dough is not sourdough — this is classic NY-style.

As always, this is a dough lab — I’m testing, tweaking, and looking for feedback.
